"Update 03/04/26: Excellent service, always with a smile, from Wes as well as the office staff. I look forward to seeing Wes again - and again, appointments have been scheduled a year out so I know he'll be my service person! Also, I want to compliment Cindy in the office - she's always so pleasant and so helpful! Update 09/03/25: once again, great service from Wes and the Mack Morris staff! I still schedule maintenance services a year out so I can be sure that Wes will be my technician! Update 09/04/24: I sound like a broken record....outstanding service by Wes as always! I actually schedule my service appointments a year out specifically so I can be sure Wes will be person who does all of the maintenance. I am a very loyal customer! All of the MM administrative staff are great as well! Update 03/28/24: Outstanding service by Wes yet again, making sure that my new system was 100% working at optimal capability! I can't say enough good things about both Wes and the office staff member, Crystal! Update02/23/24: Just had a brand new system installed today to replace my 20-year-old 'Old Faithful'! The entire crew was fantastic: 2 Anthony's, Caiden, Alejandro & Wes on site, plus Vanessa and Cindy in the office (hope I got everyone). Every person was so friendly, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I could not be more happy -- my continued loyalty remains to Mack Morris! Update 11/7/23: Wes and Mack Morris continue to earn my absolute loyalty. They are knowledgeable, professional, and so personable! They always have and, I'm sure, always will do a fantastic job! Update 5/2/23: Outstanding service by Wes, as always! Wes has been servicing my heat pump for years and is just the best. I'm totally loyal to him and this company! Update 6/22/22: Excellent service as always by Wes as well as Cindy/Ashley in the office! They worked really hard to fit me into Wes's schedule. The whole business is top notch! Excellent service by Wes! He really took some time to try to figure out a recent problem with the heat pump. I appreciated that immensely! The office staff has always been great to work with as well! Update 7/10/20: once again, the usual excellent service from Wes! I intend to stay with Mack Morris another 16 years, for sure! Update 12/14/20: I sound like a broken record, but the consistency of the excellent service is wonderful. It's so nice to be able to have such confidence and trust in a company!"
