"I called a little after 8:00 pm after my AC stopped working on on a 100+ degree day. I was able to talk to someone directly who sent a technician. After about a half hour, Wesley was able to replace the failing part and get the AC up and running again. Great service from both the office and the field!"

"Excellent experience with Sean. We had an emergency on July 3 with our heat pump, and he was already full of calls and could not come until today. He stayed in touch with us, let us know when he would arrive and was right on time. He immediately knew how to remedy the problem and was efficient and polite while getting the work done. "Purchased a new AC and heat from Mac Morris. Price reasonable, speed, efficiency of installation very well done. The lead tech Anthony/Andrew was awesome. Efficient knowledgeable, clean. I used a 0% finance option for part which was easy to use. I was disappointed that no one called after install to check in. A cover was not replaced that had been removed for the install, which I had to reinstall, as well as some parts on the ground were left."

"Great experience with a full HVAC replacement. The Mack Morris rep, Robert, came out to evaluate the job and provide an estimate. He explained what they would do and how they would do it, including replacement of the outdoor condenser unit and the indoor air handler. This explanation was particular important for the inside unit and his recommendation to install a downdraft unit instead of a replacement for the updraft unit already in the closet. The new unit would save space in the closet and increase efficiency of the system by connecting directly to the house's duct work. Robert provided three quotes for the systems that very day. The quote he provided was reasonable for the area and thousands less than another quote I had for a smaller system. On the day of installation, Anthony and his crew showed up promptly and stayed all day until the job was complete. They explained the work they did, demonstrated that the system worked, and showed us how they connected the air handler to the duct work, which is kind of complicated. They also informed me that they would have to return to install the wiring for the defroster system (it wasn't pre-wired), which they did later in the week. I was extremely impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Robert, Anthony, and the rest of the crew throughout the appraisal and installation process. I've already recommended this company to a co-worker and she was equally impressed with the quote she received. There is no doubt I will continue to use Mack Morris to service all HVAC equipment going forward."

"February 2026: Have previously left several 5* reviews of my favorite company (see below), and this is no exception, other than instead of service members I was visited by Robert, who gave an estimate on installing a whole-house humidifier. Pleasant, direct & informative, Robert lives up to the standards of this impeccable company. Gratitude for Mack Morris H&A abounds, particularly now in this below-freezing weather. Mack Morris installed the system when the house was built 17 years ago and has serviced it twice yearly since. Sue has done many of these bi-annual services, is meticulous and absolutely stellar; she reported today after thoroughly going over the furnace that it was in tip top condition - which is music to the ears. Highly recommend Mack Morris. UPDATE: Had spring service today, excellent as always, wouldn't dream of going elsewhere! ANOTHER UPDATE (2024) Sean just completed service to prepare furnace for winter, but also checked & cleaned AC unit; these people are wonderful, thank you Mack Morris! Now spring of 2025, Mack Morris again sent Sean & Sierra for the spring check-up, & again they checked not only the AC but the furnace as well. On time, thorough, informative; the 20-year old system is still going strong. SO grateful for this company! Spring 2026 Shawn was here for another thorough checkup of my system -20 years & running, never a flaw, furnace perfect through that brutal winter, now A/C purring along in 80 degree heat. "Chris was fantastic. He made a special trip out to my house because the day before the maintenance technician had smelled something and as a precaution sent Chris out to investigate. Chris checked over the system thoroughly and found it to be functioning safely and properly and let me know that it was a normal smell in the course of the system purging. So no additional work required. Chris was very thorough, exuded competence and explained everything. Best of all he didn’t charge anything and said the maintenance fee I paid the day before would suffice. Kudos to Chris, Mack Morris, and their maintenance program!"

"Reliable is the best way to describe Mack Morris. We’ve been using them now for over 8 years with a dual heat pump setup. About five years ago our upstairs died and within no time had a much more efficient and powerful unit installed. Ever since, we have kept a maintenance contract that gives us semi-annual maintenance for a very affordable price. The newest contract is even more convenient going from a one-time annual payment to automatic monthly installments but with an upgraded coverage plan on our equipment. I recommend it well worth your while to give them a call and check them out."

They had a technician out the next morning to diagnose the problem. Sean was very professional and worked efficiently to diagnose and solve the issue.
