Mack Morris
Founder
Born and raised in the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, Mack is a proud graduate of Lane High School and continued his education at the University of Virginia in Madison and Eastern Mennonite College. After 16 years with Sears Roebuck, Mack co-founded Woodson and Morris in 1985, which later became Mack Morris Heating & Air Conditioning. With the support of his wife and a dedicated team, Mack built the company on a foundation of quality products and exceptional customer service. What began as a two-person operation has grown into a team of more than thirty, united by shared values and a commitment to excellence. Today, the business is positioned to continue strong under the leadership of his son-in-law and grandson.

Office Administration
Linda plays an important behind-the-scenes role at Mack Morris Heating & Air Conditioning, supporting the day-to-day operations of the business and the team. As part of a family-owned and operated company, she upholds the values of integrity, customer care, and community involvement that Mack Morris is known for.
Kent P.
Chief Operating Officer
Kent has been with Mack Morris Heating & Air Conditioning since 1997 and has worked in every department of the business. He has attended equipment and business conferences across Arizona, Florida, Texas, Maryland, and Virginia, and is a graduate of the CATEC program. His extensive industry knowledge allows him to focus on evolving the company while building the next generation of leaders.
Shaina R.
Bookkeeper
Shaina has been in the accounting field for over 20 years, with the last eight spent working alongside Mack and Kent. Her favorite part of working at Mack Morris Heating & AC is hearing our customers’ appreciation and compliments for our hardworking technicians. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors and adventurous with her family and pups.

Vanessa joined the team in 2022 and serves as the Marketing Director for Mack Morris Heating & Air Conditioning, where she brings the company’s brand to life through digital marketing, customer engagement, and community involvement. She’s passionate about showcasing the heart of the business—the people, the service, and the commitment to doing right by customers.

Kimberly brings over 15 years of customer service experience to her role as a Customer Service Representative. Since joining the team in 2025, she has enjoyed being part of a workplace that feels like a second family and values taking care of both customers and employees. When she’s not assisting customers, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and looks forward to their annual summer trips to the Outer Banks.

Crystal keeps daily operations running smoothly by coordinating service calls and supporting both customers and technicians. Joining the team in 2023, she focuses on clear communication and efficiency to ensure each appointment is handled with care from start to finish. When she’s not coordinating the day’s operations, she enjoys spending time with her kids, relaxing at the beach, or going camping.

JT, a Charlottesville native, has been helping us keep homes comfortable since 2021. As a local, he takes pride in serving the community he grew up in and providing friendly, reliable service that customers can always count on. When he's not on the job, JT enjoys traveling with his wife, trying new food, and spending time fishing. He brings the same level of care and attention to his work that he does to the passions he enjoys outside of it.

Wes has been part of the team since 2018. He finds his work especially rewarding when he’s able to restore a customer’s heating or air conditioning during times when they need it most. Outside of work, Wes enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and relaxing.

Cindy coordinates maintenance appointments and supports both customers and technicians to keep schedules running smoothly. Joining the team in 2017, she brings over 25 years of customer service experience and is known for her thorough, detail-oriented approach and clear communication, ensuring maintenance visits are handled efficiently and on time. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and crafting in her free time.

Logan has always enjoyed taking things apart, understanding how they work, and putting them back together—often better than they were before—which shows in the care and attention he brings to every maintenance visit.

Sierra brings 12 years of Army service and a strong sense of dedication to her work each day. Joining the team in 2025, she looks forward to continuing to grow her technical expertise while providing dependable, detail-oriented maintenance. Sierra enjoys meeting customers, building connections during visits, and never misses the chance to say hello to their dogs.

Anthony K. is a lead installer at Mack Morris Heating & AC, where he takes pride in delivering thorough, high-quality HVAC installations. Joining the team in 2023, he brings a strong passion for the HVAC field and pays close attention to detail to ensure every system is installed correctly, safely, and efficiently. Anthony gained three years of hands-on HVAC experience during high school, where he developed a solid foundation in installation practices, teamwork, and professionalism. His dedication to the trade is evident in the care and precision he brings to every job.

Anthony P. has been with Mack Morris Heating & AC since 2017 and works in the installation department as a lead installer. He enjoys the challenge of removing old systems and replacing them with new, efficient units. One of the highlights of his day is seeing the homeowner’s satisfaction once their new system is up and running.

Hayden is a valued member of the installation team who has grown steadily through hands-on experience and dedication to the trade. After starting in the company’s apprenticeship program part time while still in high school, he transitioned to a full-time role in 2023 following graduation. Hayden has developed into a strong asset to the installation team and enjoys the physical nature of the work, as well as learning from coworkers who are always willing to teach and support his growth.

Jacob is an installation team member who began his HVAC journey during his senior year of high school through hands-on training that sparked an early interest in the trade. Joining the team in 2025, he returned to HVAC with a renewed focus and a strong commitment to learning and improving his skills. Jacob values being part of a team that emphasizes precision, hard work, and shared knowledge, and he is motivated each day to deliver reliable, quality results.

Preston is a member of the installation team with hands-on experience installing residential HVAC systems. Joining the team in 2025, he focuses on clean installs, efficiency, and doing the job right. He continues to build his skills through hands-on work and takes pride in contributing to a strong, dependable installation team.
Robert P.
Comfort Consultant
Robert grew up local to Central Virginia and has enjoyed watching our little towns turn into beautiful cities. He was able to excel with local contractors and builders. He learned to read architectural prints on new homes, how older homes are built during remodels, and most importantly, how to listen to the needs and desires of the families in the home then implement them into the design. He has spent the last several years designing near perfect HVAC systems for his client’s needs. Usually when he's not working on projects, you can find him traveling and meeting the locals, if he's not already on a hike, on the river, or at a beach somewhere with his kids.

Frank joined the team in 2016. His daily responsibilities include maintaining inventory, ordering unit-specific parts from suppliers, verifying system warranties, and ensuring our teams have the supplies they need to best serve our customers.

Paul specializes in creating custom ductwork and metal components that ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably. Joining the company in 2003, he brings years of experience and a strong attention to detail, playing a key role in delivering high-quality installations.
