She came on a Sunday for an emergency repair as we have been at our lowest day / nite time temperatures as we are experiencing winter weather. She NEVER headitated to come straight on & gave me her full attention span as she worked to repair my HVAC system. I had No heat at all & my niece living with me whom is a total care patient 24/7 care having MANY HEALTH ISSUES / DISABILITIES AS WELL A RARE FORM OF LEUKEMIA WHICH IS MISSING A CHROMOSOME.I have not only had the privilege of Sue working on my hvac system through mack morris, but have known her for many years prior to that from having seen her work ethics of other businesses she worked for locally.
